This was my first experience with Yoga and I attened a special event for all men. The room was filled with a variety of men of various levels including other beginners. The instructor was affirming and patiently descriptive of the movements performed. The people with experience quietly did extra work during the beginner descriptions. The attendees were interactive and appeared to have fun. I felt more comfortable than expected as a first time attendee. Thank you for a good first yoga experience.

Enjoyed the experience very much. The one item that bothered me and is actually not due to anything in your process is the second hand smoke as you leave your place. I'd consider an alternate exit if possible.
