Every class at Tower Yoga is so welcoming. Tere did a wonderful job catering the class to all levels - offering modifications to beginners, and more challenging steps and options for those who were more advanced. While ordinarily a lover of HOT yoga, this class was a nice non-heated option for me as an expecting mother. The staff is always welcoming from the moment you arrive to check-in and they foster a fun and communal feel for all to enjoy.
I've been to hot yoga before at other yoga studios. And the temperature to that class that I went to was perfect temperature. And the instructor did a great job.
Pretty studio and great instructor
It was a great experience. I liked the feeling after the yoga class the best.
