It is a welcoming environment, the bathrooms are well kept, the owners are pleasant and helpful. It’s a great place to feel free and to practice yoga.

I do not like the new schedule—I enjoyed having non-heated vinyasa on Tuesday. That is now gone. I come to the studio to find my edge, and the only Tuesday evening options are now described as “gentle” and “relaxing.” I really miss having a non-heated sculpt so I can push boundaries. With Thursday sculpt gone too, I am sorely disappointed. Yin is a lovely class, I took it tonight, but it isn’t what I come to Tower yoga for. I really don’t plan on taking another one.
