The energy of the space, as soon as I enter Im greeted with loving kindness. I have a knee injury that has affected my entire alignment and stability.. I felt supported by Astrid, she gave me a few suggestions for her class. I never feel pressure by ANY teachers to 'keep up with the class'... I know I can practice at my own pace without judgement. Apart from the energy, the actual studio is stunning and clean, much like a high end spa. I really just love this studio and am changed by the classes in an effortless and real way. Im so grateful for this studio!!!! Truly life changing. Thank you all <3 thank you thank you than you!!!!!!
It was definitely not easy or comfortable but that's why I liked it. It pushed me passed comfort zones and really helped me be centered. Also I'd never sweat like that in my life and it felt like a cleansing of sorts.
