I came for the hot yoga to improve my flexibility, strengthen my core, and acclimate to being in the heat as it is crucial that these objectives are met to make me proficient for work. The session was challenging and I have not had a sweat to that magnitude in quite some time. It was fun but wasn't easy. Also Jameson and the class was kind as I felt like a lost puppy walking into a new environment.
