Every time I go I feel realigned: physically, mentally, emotionally! The facilities are always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the instructors helpful and informative. I always leave feeling joyful, even if I'm covered in sweat.
The teachers are the best ever! Everyone is nice, the building is nice the women's restroom is so clean and ample and comfortable. Everything about it is a great experience.
