I had an amazing time with Tonya! It was my first time ever attending a yoga class and it was a great experience. Tonya took her time & she did an amazing job.
If your first class at Tower Yoga happens to be Jameson's Power Yoga class, you'd think the man was on steroids! Just like all TY classes, this one in particular never disappoints and always leaves me feeling drained, empowered, and with all the anticipation to do it again the next week.
