The environment is warm and welcoming and the instructors are amazing at what they do!
Janelle is amazing and I leave feeling very fulfilled in my wellness journey.
it was an awesome environment! i loved that the instructor (farin) taught at a basic level gave more advanced modifications instead of teaching advanced and giving basic modifications. it made a beginner like me feel comfortable and confident, and helped me look forward to pushing myself more in the future! the only downside i found was that there are not a lot of classes that fit my schedule. i would definitely pay for classes and make the drive from clovis if there were more 6am classes!
