I can't get enough of the studio. The instructors are amazing, the community is so uplifting, and the practice is legitimately life changing. I've told everyone I know about the studio and even had a few friends join!
I felt very comfortable. Didn't feel any pressure if I couldn't do the poses exactly the same as the instructor. It was a very welcoming and loving environment
The teacher was so encouraging and there was no pressure to be perfect.
First of all, the vibes were positive, I felt welcomed (it was my first time doing yoga EVER).
I felt amazing after. I've dealt with some heavy stuff for the last 11 years (caring for my child with cerebral palsy) and I felt in that moment I was able to let it go! Will definitely be back!
