Instructor was very welcoming, especially since it was my first time in the studio. She made an effort before and after the session to learn my name and encouraged me to come back again. There was the feeling of community in the room and I felt very refreshed after the session and ready to start my day!
I love the Friendly welcoming environment, The teachers are incredible at sharing their knowledgeable skills. Only down side is sometimes the studio can get a bit crowded.. overall I will continue to take classes at Tower Yoga :)
