Because there were plenty of nice amenities, the signs by the restrooms indicated nonbinary acceptance, and the class was very relaxing and felt noncompetitive so I personally did not feel pressured at any point to do anything more than just stretch and unwind while listening to my body
It felt welcoming. The instructor communication well. It was my second time going and I leave feel great! The whole studio is clean and even the bathrooms are nice. I will definitely recommend it to others.
