Friendly staff, great instruction, facilities were clean and the ambience was lovely

Everyone was very knowledgeable. For it being my first time, I really liked that everyone was super nice and welcoming. They gave us a tour and I felt no pressure when trying trying to keep up with the class. It was so good in fact I went to 4 classes in a week! I even decided to bring 2 of my friends along with me to one of the classes. I plan on becoming a regular participant and to be part of a community of WARM welcoming people. I could not be more grateful for taking time out of my busy day to take care of my mind, body, and sprit. Thank you 🙏.
