I came to a community class the atmosphere of the yoga studio was so calming and felt like a safe space upon entrance. The instructor was very welcoming and descriptive of the poses and how we were going to shift into them. The whole session seemed to flow so smoothly and naturally. It was quite the experience for my very first yoga class. Can't wait to come again! I would recommend it to anyone and everyone looking to experience yoga and all of the amazing benefits that come along with it! Thanks!!!
