Class was challenging & effective, instructor was constantly motivating you and speaking positivity. The enviorment was peaceful and filled with amazing energy.
I enjoyed the teaching style, instructor was very friendly, I felt comfortable in the space.
I chose that score for these reasons:
1) I love the whole atmosphere of Tower Yoga
2) The yoga instructors are incredible
3) The bathrooms are nice and it's great to have a shower to cool off after a yoga session
4) I always feel GREAT after a yoga session there
I was new and felt fully welcomed. There was such a light, bright vibe of community and closeness. It felt like the people there knew and loved their space.
