It's a very positive environment and super beginner friendly. I dragged my boyfriend along because I've always been curious about yoga and we've both been getting a good stretch from it.
The environment was very friendly. For a first timer they made us feel important and was very helpful!
The front desk staff was welcoming as soon as we walked in, the guy was nice too, the teacher did a great job for it being her first class
