The building was clean and void of any bad odors. The staff was welcoming and engaging which made me feel comfortable. The yoga instructor also was welcoming and seemed to know her craft well. Overall my experience at Tower Yoga was a welcoming one.
Not only did I get a mind and Body workout it was relaxed and welcoming.
Great yoga, lovely people. And so close to my house!
