• Such wonderful service from front desk to the facial specialist to the masseuse. The only thing I did want to note though is there the last two times I went, the front desk staff offered to give me an ipad to select my music. And then never came back with the Ipad. There were at least 5 minutes after the Ipad was offered before I was called in. I would just recommend not offering the Ipad so as not to set expectations, or to just offer it at the time of check-in rather than coming back with it later. I just thought it was funny it would be offered and then no one would follow-up with it =)

• Rochelle does a wonderful deep massage and always finds those knots. The beautiful relaxation room and Tatiana’s warm welcome sets the tone for the experience.
