• I was in desperate need of a good deep tissue massage after the last seven months. I was experiencing so much pain and tension in my neck and upper trap areas that I booked an appointment as soon as the spa reopened. I have been extremely careful and really limit my outings and going into public spaces so I was a little nervous booking an appointment. Once there, however, I was very happy to see the new covid safety protocols that have been implemented. I was reminded of the new spa guidelines prior to my appointment and visually saw them implemented once I arrived. The spa is very clean. I only saw the gal who checked me in and the masseuse, Tracey. Tracey was very experienced and gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. She’s very strong and seems to know the body and muscles quite well. It’s so important for me to trust the person who works on my neck. I would recommend Tracy for a deep tissue massage or just out any massage you may want. For safety, everyone that comes into the spa must wear a mask and keep it on at all times. I am very glad they adhere to this rule for everyone’s safety. Also, I believe all service payments must be made by credit card but I left a cash tip in the massage room which I understand was appreciated. Overall, I’d recommend this spa, the management’s communication, ambience and service. Please just respect the updated policies so we can all feel at ease when we book appointments and are able to enjoy these simple self-care services.
