• The attendant greeted me right away showed me where I could sit and have a snack if I wanted. The sauna area was very clean and she had nice cold water towels etc... all ready- she was very nice

• The location was very nice and serene! Staff was nice. My message therapist Sam T was very good and communicated with me throughout . My only complaint would be the parking was a little challenging. I would come much more often if I lived closer.

• FSA card didn't work and it was embarrassing that it was declined. Although I called the company and the card has sufficient funds. Otherwise the receptionist was friendly and massage was excellent.
