• I went with a group and we were treated so kindly. Welcomed as soon as we walked in the door and you could tell the staff was happy we were there. The only thing I thought could be improved was communication between me and my massage therapist. For example, during the facial part of my massage she said "okay. I'm doing. The facial now." But I would have liked her to tell me which products she was applying. I could have said something but I was stuck in my head trying to figure out if I should or just try to relax. Maybe checking at the beginning of the session to see if the client would appreciate information during the session or a quiet session would be good. I also would have appreciated her asking if there was anywhere I wanted more attention to toward the end of the massage. She asked where I wanted at the beginning, but just responded with a quick acknowledgment that she would. But I didn't feel like she did enough there at the end. Other than that, everything was lovely and we all had a great time.

• This is my 3rd visit and each visit has been consistent from the initial warm welcome, the peaceful and calming waiting area, and the friendly and amazing therapists. As much as I wanted the same massage therapist from prior visits, due to scheduling, I had to find a new one. And all have been wonderful! I receive the same attention and care from each of them (kudos and shout out to Samy (no longer there), Danijel, and Tracy). I enjoy relaxing in the waiting area after my treatment with tea and snacks and have never felt rushed to leave. Thank you!
