Touch To Heal Spa

I have been going to Touch to Heal for about six months and enjoy every visit. The facility is very clean and comfortable, definitely a nice place to relax and get away from it all for a while. In addition to a waiting area with beverages and snacks, there is a separate quiet room where people can wait for the start of their appointment with their massage therapist. I really want to try the sauna next.

I have had several therapists, and while can go wrong with any of them, I have to say that Natalie is my favorite. She is the first one that worked with me, and I have gotten Sports, Deep Tissue, and Swedish massages from her. She can vary pressure and techniques to suit one's needs, which, having had lower back surgery, I find very helpful for dealing with various levels of pain depending how my back is feeling. She's also very personable and professional and works hard to provide a great experience every time. Definitely going back as often as I can!

My hubby and I booked a couple massage for his Marine Corp birthday and Veterans Day. The lowest cost couples massage is $270 for 60 minutes which isn't bad but it should at least be really good. I was expecting more, maybe because of the price, location and wonderful ambiance when you enter the facilities. FYI, this spa does not have a hot tub, sauna, etc.... But it's really nice inside.

Honestly I was super excited for a nice relaxing massage since our work weeks are a bit stressful. My massage therapist was a bit shaky/nervous, we thought we were getting a Swedish massage but it felt like deep tissue. A lot of elbows, fast strokes, kind of hard rough stroking going on which takes away from relaxing. Really good massage therapist take their time and try to resolve your issues not find a knot and get annoyed with the knot lol. It's weird when you can feel the massage therapist is a bit annoyed with your knots or doesn't know what to do. It was odd and wasn't too relaxing. Plus it would of been great if they used oils during the massage instead of lotion which gives the massage a different feeling (cheaper feeling, not smooth)or wish they offered relaxing scents like eucalyptus oil, etc... it was a little better than those regular $25-$50 dollar 1 hour massages.

Overall experience from booking to checking in to the massage was great! I felt very relaxed and my masseuse made sure I was always comfortable and ok! Her name is Sam T and did a wonderful
Job on my Swedish massage. The spa is elegant and calming. I also like that they accept HSA as payment. Will definitely be coming back.

First time at Touch to Heal yesterday and it was a great experience! The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was serene. SamT was my massage therapist and she was amazing! She communicated what she was doing throughout the massage and checked in with me to make sure I was doing ok and if the pressure was to my liking. She started with medium pressure and it was perfect! No adjustments needed! SamT paid close attention to the areas I wanted to focus on which I appreciated. I will be back!

First time here! Hubby surprised me with a Spa day for my birthday so I couldn't say no to that!!!

I was greeted right away and taken into a room for my Swedish massage + a mini lunch relaxation sesh + facial and foot scrub.
Had the best 3/4 hours of my life !!!!
Everything was nice and relaxing as expected!

I always come back to Touch to Heal spa because the front staff are always kind and accommodating to my family and I each visit. I also go specifically for Jun because since my first visit she has been consistent and genuine with every service!

My Esthetician Caroline is absolutely amazing! She is professional and caring. I request her for my facials that I get every other month at Touch to Heal Spa.
Tha Spa is quiet, very clean and the staff who greet you are professional and welcoming.

Update as of Feb 2024 - I have been regularly seeing SamT and I could not be more emphatic about her level of expertise and kindness. I have gone back to her every other month since I discovered Touch to Heal and I seriously LOVE it. Also, Haleh (I think she's the owner) has such wonderful customer service. The spa is so serene and peaceful - I love the touch with the reflection room that you can utilize after services. Such a hidden gem in the Campbell area. Run don't walk and take care of your body!! ;)
