• My master stylist is Jen Day. I have been going to her for 35 years. I have tried other stylists, but have always come back to Jen. Why? She is a master at what she does. She is the very best at cutting short hair, and the best at color. We have tried so many things over the years, and she has NEVER given me less than an excellent cut and color experience. Her customer service is second to none. She is a GREAT listener, and always incorporates my ideas with her expert advice. I have followed her through 6 salon changes, and Touch is the best. Other than her own salon, which she owned and operated for years, Touch has the best supporting staff to suit Jen's talents. They are friendly, customer focused and do their job well. Her prices are very reasonable, especially considering her skill set. The best that I can say is that over the years I have brought her my mother and both of my daughters for numerous appointments. I have referred many women with short hair who have said to me "What a great cut and style! Who does your hair?" And many of them became repeat customers.
