• Professionalism starts at the front door and doesn't stop until you leave. I had the same service (electrolysis) at another spa without as much attention to detail as well as keeping the client informed. I was also encouraged to call with any questions afterwards. I never felt as though I was being ushered out for the next client. I absolutely had an excellent experience.

• The price is high for a pedicure. Especially since it's only Napanee. Kingston spas are almost $12-$15 cheaper for the exact same treatment. Also since covid you no longer get the complimentary coffee/tea and treat with your treatment.
