Sammy Joe (spelling?) was one of the warmest people I have ever met. She was kind, professional, and interested in who I am. Our conversation was easy and interesting. I felt at ease with her personality and bedside manner. She IS an asset to your business! In addition, she was very helpful in insuring that all of my Brilliant Distinction rebates and points were taken care of. This was in spite of the fact that I do not use a smart phone with the BI app. The lovely receptionist followed through with respect and efficiency, as well.
