I chose 10 because I feel the company on a whole is a really comfortable place to visit. The team is very warm and inviting. They really know what to do for your specific issue. Jamie and Melissa really came up with a good plan for me to fix an issue I'm dealing with from another spa. My wife had cool sculpting and is satisfied with the results. Sienna was very professional and comforted my wife during her treatment. I've purchased products recommended by Melissa and they seem to be giving positive results. We will continue to be clients as of right now. We have some other treatments scheduled in a week. Hopefully I can leave another great review. Sincerely John D
