Friendliness, customer service, to include anyone who happens to be up from (no matter their job title ) willing to answer questions. Never feeling like produces are forced on you which makes a suggestion for a product hold more weight. Oh and Jenna who did my Botox and filler was hands down amazing. Personable, honest, and very gentle.

The spa itself is beautiful and clean, all the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are upfront about costs and what to expect with procedures. They make the procedure process as comfortable as possible as well.
