after telling Melissa how unhappy I was with previous lip and facial fillers I have had, she really took her time and explained everything very clearly. she told me what she would like to do and what the end result should be. she never rushed me, spent 90 minutes with me. so far I am very happy with the progress and I'm super excited to see the end result.

Everyone is always so helpful and willing to answer questions regarding products or treatment. I have never felt pushed to get a treatment. And always fully informed whether a treatment will really work in the way that I want it to for me personally. And Mel brightens my day each time I see her. I Always leave feeling like I just spent time with a friend, who cares about me as a person and has boosted my self confidence and my looks.
