• I have been a member at TFR for the last 2 yrs going on 3.It is not only a gym to me. TFR Is my family. Everyone genuinely cares for each other, we are a true community. When people say it takes a village well, TFR is my village and my tribe. There is a class for every level of fitness from whether it is day 1 or day 500 you feel challenged, welcomed, driven and above all you get results if you put in the work.
