Very peaceful experience. Regina was amazing and the woman at the front desk was very pleasant.
The spa is very clean and smells amazing. The music and decor took my mind to a calming space.

I would HIGHLY recommend Precious for a "Knots No More" massage!! She was very professional and had magic hands that made me feel so relaxed. I wish it would have never ended lol. Will definitely be back in the future and requesting her!

We have always enjoyed Toppers Spa at Dover -- However, our last two visits haven't lived up to what we have come to expect. They did not make us aware that they are having renovations done and one of the services we really looked forward to was not available. We could not take advantage of the showers and robe service, which diminished the overall experience. I would love for the spa to work on communicating when there is a change.

You closed the dang building down. I have 300 gift card to use. Shut down permanently without notice to customers with appointments or to the staff. Great way to treat customers who have supported Toppers for years..

The experience we expect to have a Toppers Spa has changed. Upon arrival we we were greeted like we were entering a Walmart...then we were told we had to dress in the room and could use the locker room. This was not communicated when we made the reservation. My friend and I wanted to come in early and relax but that did not happen. The peace and calming environment in the waiting room was not there... something has shifted. The saving grace was my massage therapist who was amazing. Unfortunately, my friends therapist was just okay. I was not impressed and thought the level of service did not met my expectation. My thought is I could have went to Hand and Stone. Hoping Toppers can improve , I have been visiting their spa locations for over 25 years.

I today was my birthday so I treated myself again with a cure massage what a treat Regina is the ultimate best I wish I could package her up and take her home with me. I love coming to the casino Malay because that's when I do get massages I have also had spray tan and facials here.
Truthfully one of the most reasons that I come here.

Today I went to toppers down at Dover Downs and have to say I had the worst pedicure of my entire life. Because I had gel nail polish on my toes they charge an additional $10 to remove it and put it on again. That was okay even though the pedicure I was having done was $88 the problem was they don't use a Dremel or acetone to take off the gel but make you soak your feet and use some cuticle remover tool to take the polish off which took about an hour and a half. By that time they didn't have time to do anything that was in the description of the pedicure. The only thing they did was cut my nails, put gel polish on and put a little stuff on my feet to moisturize them and put boots on them and that's it. For basically over $100 for each pedicure and yes I did get the most of it comped because I gamble at Dover Downs It was the most unrelaxing, forgetable, pedicure I ever had. They have some nerve charging that kind of money for a half-assed pedicure by people that are very inexperienced. I mean the girls are okay but you could tell they did not have the experience and I even question if they were licensed

Nikia did a great job on my massage the other day. I will book again with her. Fritzie is always pleasant and accommodating. Very professional.

I had a wonderful experience at the spa. All the staff I encountered were friendly and personable. It seemed like everyone truly wanted me to have a relaxing visit. My massage was with Gina, it was lovely and I would recommend her. Gina also ensured I received all my massage time as it was scheduled for 1pm and her previous message went over so I was not seen until about 1:10pm. I was relaxing so I was not concerned about the delay. It was kind of Gina to communicate she would spend the necessary time for my massage even if the schedule was off. I got what I paid for and I was impressed. My facial was outstanding, I left glowing and hydrated. My facial was with Lauren and I would book with her again. At the time of my visit the locker room was under renovation so you could not lounge in robes or use the shower. Looking forward to the update as it will elevate the experience. I would absolutely return.

I scheduled the mommy to be massage. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by a warm and gracious receptionist who escorted me to a tranquil waiting room. The entire day place is transformative so much so you forget your in a casino/hotel. The waiting room is beautiful and relaxing and puts you in a tranquil state even before you start your services. My masseuse Regina was amazing! Very calming, personable, and attentive. I'm 4 months pregnant and needed this! I'll def return for as long as my doctor allows!
