One of my appointments started 15 minutes late, no communication from anyone that they were running behind. In the massage room the music was extremely staticky the entire 50 minutes-it ddfiitiely distracted me from 100% relaxation. But all in all an excellent visit and both of my services from Amanda & Lynn were amazing!
