It starts with Danielle and Coleen at reception who are always pleasant and address me by name. Dorothy who does my facials is a miracle worker and worries about my skin more than I. Now , tell me , where do you get that kind of commitment? Desiree does my hair and is a wonder. She's not afraid to give me her opinion and tell me what will work and what won't . I trust her with my hair and that's saying a lot!

Great experience, but I was supposed to get a candle with the 110 minute Transcend massage. I forgot to ask about it for my first visit and for the second I had to remember to ask. Otherwise everything went well and Tracey is excellent!
