Everyone was so nice and Brittany created a miracle to my hair as well! She took her time and I never felt rushed. She turned my hair from red to a warm brown with an ice blonde balayage! Nobody has ever been able to make my hair blonde! It has always been strawberry blonde. I can't wait to come back again
