Even though my booking did not start out well, the staff at Toppers took care of my husband and myself. I was communicated with when something had to change, we were greeted with friendly faces and our service was just what we needed. I appreciate the whole staff there. Your online booked and automated reminders need work though. I had an appointment scheduled for 3 and it texted me and told me it was at 4. Luckily I called to double check and didn't miss my appointment.
