I have been coming to Toppers Spa/Salon in Dover for years. I have found the staff to be very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The massage staff always seem to do a wonderful job as I come out feeling refreshed and very relaxed. My trip to Toppers Spa is a part of our getaway that I truly look forward to.
