The service and staff are very professional. Regina the massage therapist is excellent. I do have one complaint and have had this issue for long time. The Mens locker room shower head has to be the worst. I have been to many Spa's form Las Vegas, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Maryland and I rate your Men's Locker Room at the bottom.
