I loved the instructor, Tony. He made the class fun and informative, and all of the other members were warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable as well. The studio was clean and felt like a safe environment to workout out. The class I took was an intelligent, fun and challenging workout and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
