I love the atmosphere, the "small group" classes, the individual attention from the trainers and that it's so different from all of the "run of the mill" gyms that so many are used to going to on their own without true guidance and understanding.

Orlando is a terrific instructor. He is very aware of what the capability of each of us is. He is also very knowledgeable regarding training methods. Equally as important Orlando is personable & is encouraging to all people. I'm very happy he is our instructor/trainer.
