The training class I took was amazing. I got a lot of input from the instructor and the class was small. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome and comfortable and I'm a very self conscious person but it felt like once class started that went away. I like the fact that you guys work with injuries as well. I would absolutely recommend this place no doubt. What drew me to this gym were the excellent reviews and mentions of working with people's injuries as well as that you had something available for $109. I've never taken a group class or gotten a personal trainer because I've never been able to afford it before. I thought maybe this was my chance. You guys were very kind in working with me for the month. Maybe adding a program for those of us that can only afford that much would be really cool. I totally understand why you charge what you do because you guys are excellent.
