Great session back after the summer. Very hard so definitely gave my muscles a shock and the weight lifting and exercises they need! As always brilliant trainer and we were all pushing ourselves to our limits! No escape! Thanks TONIQ!

Excellent trainers who helped me push myself which I needed after 2 weeks away ! Also the music was very motivating for weight lifting !
