It was my first visit at Tones and although my session was delayed by an hour the manager and front desk assistant were apologetic. The manager checked on me to make sure that I was ok. I was presented with a gift at check out which I believe was the appropriate thing to do and was pleasantly surprised since I didn’t expect it. The massage therapist was good and made me feel comfortable. The ambiance is pleasant and very relaxing. The mimosas are a perfect touch!

The spa atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful, smells good, has cool, clean air and the lighting is not harsh. Kathrine, the owner is lovely and welcoming with grace and patience. Mickey, massage therapist extraordinaire, has educated hands and knew just what I needed and more. She helped me to release the built up stress. She loves her clients!
