One of my favorite places to be. A home a way from home and an experience unlike any other. Happy that Tone House exists and that I can go there as often as I do.

Hardest working team in fitness. Tone House is hard, but the camaraderie, the challenge and the fun that the coaches push us towards is phenomenal. It is THE essential part of my week. Can seem daunting, and it's not for everyone, but for those willing to push themselves, it's irreplaceable and indispensable.
