Tonehouse is an amazing athletic facility that pushes you in ways you can’t imagine. The environment is full of supportive like minded athletes and coaches that are there to support and help you achieve your goals. 12/10 would recommend!
It was a really tough workout but the trainer James, made everyone feel welcome and he was very encouraging and made the class fun
