It was not like the other fitness classes. It was demanding and fun at the same time. It was definitely worth the price.

It was my first class there, but nevertheless I felt supported and encouraged by the instructor. I loved the environment and group structure of the class. I have always wanted to use the sled and try out deadlifts, but did not know how. This class allowed me to push myself and use such equipment in a safe way!
