I chose 10 because of the quality of service and the care and concern Wane demonstrated. He explained the condition of my hair and why he couldn't apply bleach for highlights - and he informed me of what his approach would be and educated me on how to better care for my hair. Wane also explained that we could work together over time to achieve even better results.
