• The experience I had with Haydee was the perfect experience with regards to her customer service skills along with her knowledge and step by step instructional process as she performed my Brazilian. I had expressed to her that the North Haven location had an awesome staff member that left Dominique. I tried other staff members who were Terrible. So I decided to go to your Southington location, which is near my home. I just walked in.Haydee was at the front desk and attended to my request and wanted me to have a great experience as I had with Dominique!!! Haydee delivered! She now has a customer for life!! Thank you so much Haydee for your professionalism and customer service and most of all making sure the sanitary portion didn't fall short! You Rock
