The girl who was supposed to do my eyebrows called out of her shift yesterday . They called another girl in ( Stephanie ) to do my waxing and she was wonderful ! It was great customer service to call someone else in instead of canceling my apt . Very happy with the job she did and the professionalism of the company !

First time waxing in forever and it went seemlessly. The woman who waxed me was super professional and sweet. Explained herself during the process and was knowledgeable. A few stray hairs left over though
