• Loved Renee. Did not like that if someone else answers the wax line phone they don't know how to help me. I was told to book online. But that's inconvenient. Can't the 2 computer programs used between Wax and Tan be uniform? Also, I walked in and gave my name to the Tan girl, but she couldn't find me in the system she used. Then Renee realized that I was her client. Thanks.
