I always have a good experience, everyone is friendly and the wax center is spotless very clean!!!i was devistated when zio left, but i found someone else who is just as knowledgeable and awesome at brows! Her name was rosemary i believe, she was excellent .. i will be making another appointment with her soon!

The Branford facility was spotless for my waxing experience and the staff was extremely nice and professional. Having been a long time costumer of another waxing facility, I thought I would give Tommy’s I try and the results were amazing and I will be a repeat customer going forward!
