Katie was amazing! When I first got onto the table I was visibly distressed and afraid! Katie noticed immediately and was kind and encouraging the whole time. She managed to make me laugh a great deal, took the waxing slow with small strips, and was genuinely kind and friendly the entire time. She did such a great job not only on the wax itself, but also on keeping me comfortable so that I would not wimp out in the middle of my wax! She was absolutely wonderful and I am sure I will be seeing her again very soon. Tommy's waxing is very lucky to have her!
