My score is based off of how good my wax was. My specialist waxed me wonderful. I will say there should be more of a client intake with the specialist before hand and waxing, even if you're a great waxer.

I love Tommy's wax!! Biggest fan. staff is always so friendly and personable. Usually, with a sense of humor too. They put up with me working during an appointment. Place and rooms are Always clean and service is quick. You could use some magazines in rooms.
